JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Clinical Chemistry Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating the operations and activity of their designated section. The primary responsibility for this supervisor is to ensure the delivery of accurate and reliable laboratory data as well as the management of staffing, supply inventory, QC review, and Performance Improvement activities. This Chemistry Supervisor will also be an integral part of the CAP inspection team and lead the team with our new chemistry platform.
REQUIREMENTS:
-ASCP certification required – Medical Technologist (MT) / Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
-Previous team Lead or Supervisor experience
-Over four years of testing experience in clinical chemistry
